Originally from Indiana, I came to Los Angeles to work in the film industry. One day while researching a film project, I was introduced to hypnotherapy and memory regression. I decided to experience it for myself so I could accurately write about it, and my life was changed from that moment.
Revisiting a memory from the age of 9 years old, I was surprised to see what hypnosis was really like- it was so vivid, yet relaxing. The hypnotherapist was asking me questions, and I found out I could pick and choose what I wanted to say.
Afterwards, he brought me back up to normal consciousness and I drove home in complete silence, awed by what had just happened.
Determined to study it further, I attended the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, where I achieved certification as a hypnotherapist over the course of a year-long program & internship. Working through the program was fascinating, and I doubt there’s any college program that can match the breadth and width of HMI’s. From family therapy to past-life regression, they covered a vast range of subjects and modalities.
After completing my education in 2007, I began my hypnotherapy practice and am proud to have helped many people solve their problems and live happier lives. On that note, I am even happier to offer my abilities to many more people across the country via personalized hypnotherapy recordings.
